Evan D. Zucker, Esq.

Evan D. Zucker, Esq.

Evan studied at Rochester Institute of Technology, Marist College, and completed his education with a J.D. from New York Law School in 2013. He was admitted to practice law in 2014.

Evan began his practice in Brooklyn working in the New York City Criminal and Family Courts before moving his practice to Orange County, NY. In Orange County, Evan was a member of the assigned counsel panel (18-B), providing free representation to those deemed eligible by the court in misdemeanor, felony, and family court matter along side his private practice until 2019. Evan currently focuses on High Asset and Complex Matrimonial actions, Family Court matters, and Criminal Defense.

Evan became an Attorney for Children (AFC) on in August 2018 and has dutifully representing children in all types of family court matters. Evan’s Family Court AFC practice is entirely pro bono. Evan has also coached the Warwick Central School District Mock Trial team for since 2016.

Evan is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, Bankruptcy Court.

Evan is an accomplished musician and photographer. In his spare time, he enjoys car maintenance, hunting, video games, and running. Evan is most proud of his family. He is a devoted husband and father of two.

Amy Becker, Paralegal

Amy has been working both in-house, for New York State and at law firms as a legal assistant and paralegal for the past 31 years bringing experience from various legal fields including real estate, estates, landlord/tenant, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, workers’ compensation, civil litigation, creditor foreclosures and labor law.

Her prior experience in bankruptcy law, loss mitigation proceedings and foreclosure defense spans the previous 8 years at Greher Law Offices. Currently, Amy is working on bankruptcy matters, foreclosure defense, real estate transactions, collections, loss mitigation and family/matrimonial law matters. She possesses a degree in Business Administration, holds a paralegal certificate and is a licensed Notary Public.

In her spare time, Amy practices yoga, enjoys cooking/baking, reading, the outdoors, and especially enjoys spending time with her family and pets.

Kim Naclerio, Paralegal

Kim has worked for law firms as a paralegal for 20+ years. She brings over a decade of experience in assisting clients in the areas of contested and uncontested divorce, custody and visitation matters, child support and spousal support cases. She possesses a degree in Paralegal Studies and is a licensed Notary Public.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and family, hiking and cooking.
